NEW YORK, Aug. 10 -- The City University of New York's Baruch College issued the following news release:

The School of Public Affairs (SPA) at Baruch College has announced receipt of a grant from the Fund for the Improvement of Post-Secondary Education (FIPSE) that will enable student and faculty exchanges among SPA and seven partnering institutions in Canada, Mexico and the U.S.
