OMAHA, Neb., Aug. 10 -- The University of Nebraska Medical Center issued the following news release:
Hendrik Viljoen, Ph.D., didn't plan to tackle one of the world's deadliest bacteria. He was, after all, an engineer, not a clinical researcher.
