PETERSON AFB, Colo., Aug. 7 -- The North American Aerospace Defense Command issued the following news release:
A U.S. Coast Guard helicopter, under the direction of North American Aerospace Defense Command, intercepted a Cessna 172 general aviation aircraft in the vicinity of the capital region at approximately 5:38 p.m. EST.
The general aviation aircraft was not in radio communications and shortly after intercept, landed without incident at Potomac Airfield, Fort W . . .
