WASHINGTON, Aug. 5 -- The office of Sen. Jeff Sessions, R-Ala., issued the following news release:
Legislation introduced today by U.S. Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-AL) would clarify a key trade law to ensure that domestic manufacturers of sleeping bags are not inadvertently harmed by policies intended to spur economic growth in undeveloped nations.
The clarification was welcomed by segments of the domestic textile industry--including sleeping bag manufacturers such as Exx . . .
