SAN FRANCISCO, Aug. 4 -- The Asia Foundation issued the following news release:

The Wall Street Journal's MarketWatch.com featured The Asia Foundation's Economic Governance Index, also known as EGI, a study that ranks 19 local Bangladeshi governments on how effectively they interact with small businesses.
