SAN ANTONIO, June 24 -- Bexar County issued the following news release:
Ruby A. Webb, a program manager at San Antonio Water System, has accepted County Judge Nelson Wolff's offer of employment as his chief of staff. Webb has managed the water system's Small, Minority and Women Business Program for one year.
