TRENTON, N.J., June 24 -- The New Jersey Senate Democrats issued the following news release:
Looking to address the root of the problem and curb recidivism rates, Senator Shirley K. Turner (D-Mercer) today introduced legislation that would require mandatory counseling for individuals convicted of or placed on probation for a domestic violence offense.
