PORTSMOUTH, England, June 23 -- The University of Portsmouth issued the following news release:
Eighty five local school children "graduated" from the University of Portsmouth on Friday in a ceremony which marked the final day of the country's first-ever Universities Week.
Following a full day of taster lectures, tours and workshops, the 11-year-olds from Padnell Junior School, dressed in academic gowns and hats, received their graduation certificates . . .
