BOSTON, April 26 -- The office of the Boston Mayor issued the following news release:
Mayor Thomas M. Menino today announced that the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) would open a Disaster Recovery Center for residents impacted by flood related damage from last month's heavy rains.
