NEW DELHI, India, April 26 - The government of India issued the following news release from the Ministry of Minority Affairs:
The Government has informed the Rajya Sabha that the report of National Commission for Religious & Linguistic Minorities( NCRLM), inter alia, states that a three-language formula should be implemented everywhere in the country making it compulsory for the authorities to include in it the mother tongue of every child - including especially, Urdu and Punj . . .
