Increased Outlay for Schemes Implemented Through NGOs

NEW DELHI, India, April 26 - The government of India issued the following news release from the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment:

The budget plan outlay for schemes to be implemented through NGOs has been increased from 257 crore in 2009-10 to Rs. 331 crore in 2010-11.

The details of Budget Estimates (BE) and the amount released to the Non Governmental Organizations (NGOs) under various schemes of this Ministry during last three years is given as under:< . . .
