NEW DELHI, India, April 26 - The government of India issued the following news release from the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment:
The budget plan outlay for schemes to be implemented through NGOs has been increased from 257 crore in 2009-10 to Rs. 331 crore in 2010-11.
