ANCHORAGE, Alaska, April 26 -- The Anchorage School District issued the following news release:
When you were in elementary school, did pop quiz questions like this make you break out in a sweat?
In the model town that a class is building, a 15-foot-long car is represented by a scale model 3 inches long. If the same scale is used, a house 30 feet high would be represented by a scale model how many inches high?
This math problem isn't likely to rattle . . .
