WASHINGTON, April 26 -- The Federal Reserve issued the following news release:
The Federal Reserve Board on Monday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and among East Dubuque Bancshares, Inc., East Dubuque, Illinois, a registered bank holding company, East Dubuque Savings Bank, Dubuque, Iowa, a state chartered member bank, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago.
