COLLEGE STATION, Texas, April 26 -- Texas A&M University issued the following news release:

U.S. Rep. Chet Edwards will join Secretary of American Battle Monument Commission (ABMC) Max Cleland via satellite at 10 a.m. Tuesday (April 27) to discuss efforts to preserve and reopen the historic World War II battle site Pointe du Hoc in France.
