MELBOURNE, Fla., April 26 -- Florida Institute of Technology issued the following news release:
Andre Pattantyus, a Florida Institute of Technology student working on a master's degree in meteorology, has earned a fellowship grant to cover expenses when he presents his scientific paper at a conference in Paris this June. Conference organizers awarded the fellowship.
Pattantyus, from Poughkeepsie, N.Y., will deliver a paper on his research of boundary layer developme . . .
