WILLIAMSPORT, Pa., April 26 -- Pennsylvania College of Technology issued the following news release:
The president of Pennsylvania College of Technology's Phi Mu Delta fraternity has received a scholarship to attend the Undergraduate Interfraternity Institute in Bloomington, Ind., this summer.
Bryan G. Stetts, of Muncy, a pre-applied health studies: radiography major, was awarded the scholarship from the national headquarters of Phi Mu Delta and is among 12 undergr . . .
