WASHINGTON, April 26 -- The office of Sen. Tom Harkin, D-Iowa, issued the following news release:
U.S. Commerce Secretary Gary Locke today announced $38 million in U.S. Economic Development Administration (EDA) grants in Cedar Rapids, Iowa to help the region rebound economically from the 2008 floods.
