WASHINGTON, April 26 -- The National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners issued the following news release:
National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners President David Coen of Vermont selected Commissioner Jon McKinney of West Virginia to lead the Association's Subcommittee on Clean Coal and Carbon Sequestration.
