HUNTINGTON, W. Va., April 26 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of West Virginia issued the following news release:
A Michigan man was sentenced today by United States District Judge Robert C. Chambers to 84 months in prison for stealing a firearm. Bobby Joe Thomason, 28, previously pleaded guilty in January 2010, admitting he stole a pistol from a residence in Fort Gay, Wayne County, West Virginia in August 2008.
