Clark County pet owners are invited to the "Cuide a Sus Perros y Gatos" ("Take Care of Your Dogs and Cats") event, which will feature free rabies vaccinations and microchips for dogs and cats. The event will be held from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, May 8, at the Escobedo Plaza at 750 N. Eastern Ave.
