SANTA FE, N.M., April 26 -- Gov. Bill Richardson, D-N.M., issued the following news release:
Governor Bill Richardson today announced that he has signed an Executive Order lowering flags across the state to half staff in honor of Navajo Code Talker George Chavez Sr., 85, who passed away on April 18th.
