MONTEREY, Calif., April 26 -- The city of Monterey issued the following news release:
On April 28, 2010 from 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM, the Monterey Peninsula Strategic Traffic Operations and Prevention Program (S.T.O.P.P) will be conducting a special enforcement operation in the City of Monterey.
The Monterey Peninsula Police Chiefs adopted S.T.O.P.P. in 2008. The mission of the S.T.O.P.P. is to issue citations for traffic violations at specific intersections and roadway . . .
