MONROVIA, Calif., April 26 -- The city of Monrovia issued the following news release:
A Thriving Neighborhoods Survey is now available to Monrovia residents on the City of Monrovia's website, enabling residents of the community to rate their neighborhood's strengths and weaknesses.
