WASHINGTON, April 26 -- The National Academies' Transportation Research Board issued the following news release:

TRB's Hazardous Materials Cooperative Research Program (HMCRP) has issued a request for proposals to review and compile current and proposed hazardous materials transportation research and prioritize future research needs for HMCRP. Proposals are due June 17, 2010. . . .
