WASHINGTON, Dec. 10 -- Rep. Andre Carson, D-Ind. (7th CD), has issued the following news release:
This afternoon, Congressman Andre Carson announced that he has secured over $2 million for local Indianapolis programs and organizations, including more than $700,000 targeted toward improving public schools and serving the educational needs of at-risk youth.
