BOWIE, Md., Dec. 16 -- Bowie State University issued the following news release:
Bowie State University students Clarence Johnson, Michael Wilder and Ghingi Barkley have at least one thing in common. They will receive academic degrees during the University's 2009 Winter Commencement on Friday, Dec. 18.
