CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo., Dec. 16 -- Southeast Missouri State University issued the following news release:
The Southeast Missouri State University Board of Regents will consider recommending a process for balancing the University's operating budgets for fiscal 2011 and 2012 when it meets at 1:30 p.m. Dec. 17 in the John and Betty Glenn Convocation Center at the River Campus.
