MACOMB, Ill., Dec. 16 -- Western Illinois University issued the following news release:
Seven students participating in Western Illinois University's Fall 2009 Commencement Weekend Ceremonies Dec. 18-19 in Macomb have received the highest recognition from their colleges for their overall academic excellence by being named a Cecile A.
