Murkowski Seeks to Thwart Efforts to Curb Carbon Pollution

WASHINGTON, Dec. 14 -- The Center for Biological Diversity issued the following news release:

The Center for Biological Diversity issued the following statement today from Executive Director Kieran Suckling in response to Senator Lisa Murkowski's attempt to stop the Environmental Protection Agency from regulating greenhouse gas emissions under the Clean Air Act.
