CHESTERTOWN, Md., Dec. 4 -- Washington College issued the following news release:
The Board of Visitors and Governors of Washington College (http://www.washcoll.edu/), founded in 1782 with the patronage of the nation's first president, has selected Mitchell B. Reiss (http://president.washcoll.edu/mitchellreiss/), 52, who has served as a U.S. Presidential envoy, ambassador, policymaker, lawyer, author and university professor, to be the College's 27th president.
