NOVATO, Calif., Dec. 8 -- The city of Novato issued the following news release:
PMC Consulting, the firm hired by the City to assist the Sustainability Committee and staff in developing the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Strategy (EECS) and Climate Change Action Plan (CCAP), is presenting the EECS and CCAP to City Council on Tuesday, December 8.
That evening City Council will consider approving the EECS, as required by the Department of Energy (DOE) for the City . . .
