WASHINGTON, Dec. 1 -- The Recording Industry Association of America issued the following news release:
It's been quite a year for Big Machine Records country sensation Taylor Swift. On the heels of her recent grand prize win as the Country Music Association's Entertainer of the Year, Swift received the most Gold & Platinum certifications of any artist in October, according to the Recording Industry Association of America's (RIAA) monthly G&P count.
