Two Picatinny Department of Public Works employees, a Rockaway Township resident and a Roxbury Township resident, were awarded 31st Annual Secretary of the Army Energy and Water Management Awards during a ceremony at the Department of Defense All-Hands Energy meeting in Providence, R.I., Aug 12.
