DELAND, Fla., Aug. 27 -- Volusia County issued the following news release:
Youths can kick off the new school year by joining Volusia County's fall soccer league, which will play in DeLand Tuesdays and Thursdays from Sept. 29 to Nov. 12 at the Sperling Sports Complex in DeLand.
The Tiny Tots division, for 4- and 5-year-olds, will play from 5 - 5:45 p.m., while games for children ages 6 - 15 will start at 6 and 7 p.m. The league is designed to teach and develop child . . .
