Today, U.S. Rep. Solomon P. Ortiz (TX-27) announced H.R. 3082, the Military Construction and Veterans Affairs Appropriations Act of 2010, which passed in the U.S. House of Representatives by a 415-3 vote on Friday, has been received by the U.S. Senate.
