RAPID CITY, S.D., April 9 -- The South Dakota School of Mines & Technology issued the following news release:
There is a tremendous amount of jackhammering, nail pounding, and dust, not to mention less parking at the Surbeck Center on the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology campus these days. Why?
