STILLWATER, Okla., April 8 -- Oklahoma State University issued the following news release:
Oklahoma State University student Jessica J. Lay of Broken Arrow has been awarded a Morris K. Udall Foundation Scholarship for her senior year. Only 80 students nationwide are selected for this honor.
