BOISE, Idaho, Jan. 9 -- The Idaho Public Utilities Commission issued the following news release:
Idaho Power Company is asking state regulators to approve an energy sales agreement with Hoku Materials, Inc., a polysilicon production facility in Pocatello.
Because of constraints on its power supply and transmission, Idaho Power is unable to meet Hoku's request of 82 megawatts of year-round capacity. However, Idaho Power is asking the Idaho Public Utilities Commission . . .
