TAMPA, Fla., Nov. 18 -- The University of South Florida issued the following news release:
When Kathy Arsenault started her career with the Nelson Poynter Memorial Library in 1982, Bayboro Hall was its home and the digital age was in its infancy. Her position as a Collection Development Librarian gave her the responsibility of ordering new items for the library catalog, and she didn't take it thinking that she would one day lead the library as its first dean.
