SPRINGFIELD, Ill., Jan. 5 -- The Illinois Environmental Protection Agency issued the following news release:
Illinois Environmental Protection Agency Director Doug Scott is encouraging Illinois students to apply for the annual Governor's Green Youth Awards, which is coordinated by the Agency.
