WASHINGTON, May 8 -- The Chairman of Senate Agriculture, Nutrition & Forestry Committee issued the following statement:
Senator Tom Harkin (D-IA) today issued the following statement in response to Agriculture Secretary Ed Schafer's comments that President Bush intends to veto the farm bill.
