SALISBURY, N.C., Jan. 6 -- Rowan-Cabarrus Community College issued the following news release:

Rowan-Cabarrus Community College is training North Carolina agencies this week to help low-income residents save energy and reduce expenses.

The N.C. Division of Health and Human Services' Office of Economic Opportunity is working with RCCC to provide the training for the state's Weatherization Assistance Program.
