WASHINGTON, July 3 -- Senate Foreign Relations Committee Chairman Joseph R. Biden Jr., D-Del., issued the following statement:
After the passport files of Senators Clinton, McCain, Obama and others were accessed without authorization last spring, Chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee Joseph R. Biden, Jr. (D-DE) called for the State Department to immediately refer the matter to the Inspector General for investigation. Today, the Inspector General is releasing its audit . . .
