AUSTIN, Texas, Jan. 2 -- The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs issued the following news release:
In a key addition to the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs' (TDHCA) management team, Tim Irvine has returned to TDHCA and today began his service as Deputy Executive Director.
