BRIGHTON, Colo., Dec. 4 -- Adams County issued the following news release:
Adams County Community Development has partnered with the Governor's Energy Office (GEO) to offer rebates on home insulation projects. Residents can receive up to $300 back on projects completed by December 15, 2008.
