WASHINGTON, Jan. 2 -- Rep. Jim Gerlach, R-Pa. (6th CD), issued the following news release:
Congressman Jim Gerlach (PA-6th District) on Friday sent a letter to House Republican and Democrat leaders asking them to support a House Rule that would encourage bipartisan solutions to some of the challenges awaiting the 111th Congress.
The rule Gerlach outlined in his letter would allow any amendment with at least one Republican and one Democrat sponsor to receive consider . . .
