MINNEAPOLIS, July 22 -- University of Minnesota issued the following news release:
Following an extensive international search, University of Minnesota Provost Thomas Sullivan today named professor Jonathan Foley as the permanent director of the university's new system-wide Institute on the Environment. Foley will begin his duties as institute director on Aug. 25.
