CHICAGO, Oct. 8 -- The Chicago Department of Housing issued the following news release:
Natural gas bills are expected to hit as hard as a bad Chicago winter this heating season and the Chicago Department of Housing wants homeowners to know that help is available for homeowners to repair or replace their heating systems.
Beginning Saturday, November 1, 2008, households that are income-qualified may apply for assistance through the Emergency Housing Assistance Progra . . .
