Talking about bullying at Billingsville (124 Skyland Ave.) 12:30 - 2:30 p.m. --- Thirty fourth-and fifth-graders will read and discuss the book Mail Order Ninja. This action-filled, interactive book is about a fifth-grader who faces problems with bullies. Students and teachers will discuss how to recognize a bully and what steps to take . . .
