CARIBOU, Maine, Oct. 14 -- The Caribou City Council issued the following meeting minutes:

A regular meeting of the Caribou City Council was held at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 14, 2008, in Council Chambers with the following members present: Mayor Miles R. Williams, Kenneth G. Murchison, R. Mark Goughan, Doug C. Morrell, Robert L. Albert, Karla M. Bell, and David Martin.
